« First time staying here. Booked a last minute stay for 1 night with my husband and son. Communication through email was great, no complaints! Easy to get too and access the property. Inside was clean and cosy. Everything you needed in the bathroom. Kitchen was good, note there isn't an oven which caught us out (we didnt think to check). Enough plates/cutlery/mugs/glasses/pans. Very nice touch with the log fire and fairy lights on the ceiling. Sofa bed was comfy and lovely to cwtch on to watch...

« We were expecting a rustic eco stay, this does not mean however, health and safety should be ignored. The floor in the bathroom is very spongy, one board in particular almost gave way. The floorboards in the main hut were very uneven causing injury to my feet. The steps outside were rotting away. There are no utensils in the hut so the few teabags and open bag of sugar (no coffee) could not be used. There are a couple of mugs though! Struggled to get the hot water to work in the shower. « The pod is in an amazing location but unfortunately needs a lot of work to make it worth the money! The pod is located down a driveway with no direction whatsoever, luckily a gentleman was there to show us where to go. A lot of groundwork going on which made it very dirty with uneven ground. The steps up to the pod were rotten. The toilet/shower door wouldn’t close as the hinges were bent. There isn’t much privacy in the toilet a small curtain or blind wouldn’t go a miss. It needs a good clean...
