« L'hôtel refuse de me donner une facture au motif que jai réservé via une tierce partie Expedia=hotels.com mais pourtant je paye sur place. Hotels.com me dit que c'est l’hôtel qui doit me la fournir. Pas même de reçu possible dans l'application hotels.com dans ce cas là. C'est compliqué quand vous êtes en voyage d'affaire de pas avoir de facture. »

« They did not recognize our service dog resulting in giving us a terrible room and charged us $57 extra. The staff was rude and condescending. The room was not clean with a terrible odor. We have never experienced a situation like this and we travel often with our small hearing assist service dog. Don't stay at this hotel!! »
