« Favorite hotel stay! Greeted with a bag of goodies including 2 FREE water bottles! (I always bring my own because I don’t want to pay for the ones in the hotel room.) This kind gesture started my stay off well! Later that evening I went downstairs for decaf coffee, got a cup, and asked if they had a microwave to heat it up a bit. I like my coffee HOT! The manager, Michael said, “yes, but let me make you a new pot instead! It only takes 7 minutes!” Such a warm welcome! Plus the room was clean,...
