"Hotel ideally located if you want to go to the convention center. All things considered, this hotel isn't so bad. I was very disappointed with the hotel, especially on my return trip, which I had booked through Hotels.com. When I got back to France, I noticed that €25 had been charged to my account in addition to the advance payment I had already made at the time of booking. When I checked out, I wasn’t told anything about this invoice other than that an email would be sent to the address I had provided at the time of booking. The hotel representative I spoke with, who was very unfriendly, refused to address the issue and referred me to Expedia without explaining the reason for this charge, telling me to contact Expedia for an explanation and to receive the invoice—which is inappropriate and unacceptable given the situation. I find this very dishonest and am losing confidence in Sheraton and Hotels.com! "

"Odeur de cannabis à notre arrivée dans l’hôtel et plus intense rendu dans notre chambre avec en prime une odeur de sent bon qu’ils ont mi pour cacher l’odeur (fenêtre scellée 😫) Et l’odeur c’est perpétuer même durant la nuit! Une autre chambre aurait rien changé… Toilettes (dessous de la bol) je vous épargne les détails 💩 Douche glissante de savon accumulée Frigidaire sale…ect.. A noter: aucun remboursement après réservation "
