Welcome to Peaceful Pearl! Enjoy amazing water views from almost every window. Watch the dolphins jump while you relax on our oversized deck. We also have beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset. Walk directly behind the house to access the beach. Its about a 10 minute walk along the beach to the inlet. We are about 20 minutes from Surf City. Book this spacious spot now and kick off a memorable vacation for the whole family!


TV/WIFI: We hope that you can unplug and enjoy beach living while visiting, but also provide a smart-TV that allows you to log into your own Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, Hulu and other streaming accounts. Our internet is provided by Spectrum. The console in the living room has USP/charging stations built-in. The headboards in bedrooms 2 and 3 also have built-in USP ports.

BEACH: Our house has beach towels, various sand toys and 4 folding beach chairs. We also have a hose as you come up the stairs to spray off sand before you enter the house.

LOCAL INFO: FoodLion, CVS, Gas and Beach Outfitters are located in Sneads Ferry which is about a 15 minute drive.

We require a vet record and flea treatment for pets to stay at this property. Without this your pet with not be allowed to stay.

Parking is limited to the left half of the driveway. Please be courteous when parking since the right half of the driveway is reserved for the other side of the duplex. Our side has enough room for 3-4 cars. Occasionally during high tide ocean water will come under the house and reach the driveway. Usually this is minimal and not concerning. If you become concerned please message via the app.

Initial household goods are supplied and guests should plan to purchase additional supplies if needed (Laundry soap, dish soap, garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper etc.)

No smoking in the house. If you need to smoke, please do so outside and properly dispose of waste. Take care to ensure embers are not left to smolder.

Beach areas are home to certain pests. We are contracted with a pest control company with regularly scheduled treatments. Please understand the possibility of seeing pests in and around the home still exists, and that their presence does not entitle the guest to a refund.

Parties are strictly banned across the platform. Also, we are in a quiet residential community. Neighbors will not hesitate to report excessive noise to the police and to us. Immediate eviction with *no refund* will result if there is a party on the property.

To protect your vacation investment, we encourage you to purchase travel insurance. No refunds will be given due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
