« Extremely friendly receptionist and it’s so nice to be accompanied to your room rather than be left alone . The hotel rooms are quite quirky with antique furnishings and our room had an oriental/ Asian flavour…perhaps some artwork over the bed would have made the room more appealing.The bed and shower were great and extremely hot water so that is a bonus. « Amazing hotel in all regards. Really enjoyed our stay. Lovely area, nice walks nearby, great hotel rooms and restaurants. Clean, very nicely furnished. Superb service from staff. Great food in the Hancock Kitchen (less formal of the 2 restaurants) - didn’t eat at the more formal one. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at for many many years. Encourage anyone to visit. »

« Hotel un peu daté maintenant, mais grande chambre, lit confortable, petit-déjeuner très correct et bon Le spa est décevant par contre, beaucoup de rouille partout et les installations avec du plastique (jacuzzi et piscine) ont du moisi ou sont tous noirs... pas engageant »
