The real problem was when we got locked out of our room and we called for someone to fix the lock, initially, someone came out to check the lock, he established it was inoperable, said he’d be back to fix it the next day and never showed up. "Zimmer und Personal etc. waren gut. Leider bin ich mit Hotels nicht mehr zufrieden. Man kann niemanden per Telefon erreichen und auf Mail reagieren sie überhaupt nicht. Sehr enttäuscht von Hotels aber zum Glück gibt es auch noch andere Anbieter."
