For the whole group. South Ridge takes more than one family at once: a ski weekend with the cousins, a reunion, the friends who never manage to be in one place. There are enough beds and bathrooms that nobody draws the short straw.



The great room. It runs the full height of the house, with an iron chandelier, a stone gas fireplace lit at the touch of a switch, a TV and a sound system. There is enough seating that the whole group fits in one conversation.



Kitchen and dining. The main floor is one connected space, so whoever is cooking is never cut off. The kitchen has a range and oven, dishwasher, freezer, kettle, blender and baking sheets, with dishes and wine glasses for a full house. A long dining table plus bar seating means everyone eats together.



Downstairs. A second lounge of its own, with foosball, a card table and board games, so the house has two places to gather.

Bathrooms. Four full baths and a half bath on the main floor. One full bath has a corner soaking tub under a skylight.



Outside. A private hot tub on the covered, screened deck, open to the woods. Also a fire pit, a BBQ and outdoor dining, with the valley in front of you.



In winter. Hidden Valley Resort's slopes are minutes away and Seven Springs is a short drive. Both are on the Epic Pass and run night skiing. A February guest wrote: "This was a great place to stay for a weekend skiing at Hidden Valley and Seven Springs."



Good to know. Self check-in with a smart lock. Check-in 3:00 PM, checkout 11:00 AM. WiFi, washer and dryer, heating and air conditioning, free parking. Up to two well-behaved pets are welcome with prior arrangement and the pet fee. Service animals are always welcome at no charge. Everyone staying must be named on the booking. Quiet hours run 10 PM to 7 AM.



Guest Access



You will have private access to the entire home and its amenities during your stay. This includes the two-car garage, which features a 30-amp plug-in connection for EV charging (please note this is a plug-in, not a built-in station). Guests also have access to the community swimming pool.



The Neighborhood



Nestled within the scenic Hidden Valley Resort, you are just moments away from premier skiing, snowboarding, hiking, golfing, and biking trails. The property is also conveniently located near local restaurants, shops, and attractions throughout the beautiful Laurel Highlands region.



House Rules



We are happy to welcome your furry friends! Pets are welcome but must be included on the reservation at the time of booking to ensure we are properly prepared for their stay.



Ski Shuttle Available On Weekends

Hidden Valley Resort operates a weekend Ski Shuttle that stops near the house during ski season.



Hidden Valley community rule: nothing may be left outdoors. All trash, cans and bottles go in tied bags inside the lidded bins. Any trash left outside, and any fine the community issues, is charged to the guest, and the booking party may not book any of our homes again.
