Clean rooms, Beautiful Space, Super friendly cat . He hangs out outside early morning. Peter was thoughtful attentive and made sure that my vowel renewal had everything it needed. We brought in a caterer to make fresh pizza and Peter helped to accommodate the oven and gave ua parking strategies. hahaha. Peter thank you for everything!

Great group location

We had 8 guests in the house and 6 in the side house. All were very comfortable. The owners were very accommodating about our arrival. Because of traffic we were delayed in arriving but Val was so gracious and understanding.The house was exactly what we expected by the photos. We all loved the big table in the dining area. Our kiddos enjoyed bocce ball outside. Very comfortable beds and quiet at sleep time,Check out was super easy. We very much would recommend this property.

Sonoma Wedding

The property is very comfortable and able to accommodate the 10 of us. The multiple bathrooms were very important since most of my guests were women. We loved the shaded outdoor space, it provided a separate hangout area. There were parking spots for everyone. Val the property manager and Peter the owner were very courteous and easy to communicate with. It was a very pleasant stay.

Wedding weekend

We were here for our daughter’s Sonoma wedding. This property worked out great for our large group! The host was very accommodating with an early check-in which we appreciated! The house was great! Plenty of room for everyone! Very comfortable! Our group enjoyed the backyard with the bocci court and sitting areas. We would definitely come back!!

Epic Birthday Weekend

This place has it all - an incredible layout that makes everyone feel comfortable, a vast outside area perfect for large groups, and easy coordination with the property owner from start to finish. Cannot wait to find a reason to stay here again. Highly recommend for guests of all ages.

Great Girls Getaway

We were a group of old friends from all across the country meeting up to explore Sonoma and catch up with each other. This house was wonderful! We had a host walk us through the check in process and make sure we had plenty of everything such as towels, toilet paper, etc. The property was perfect for our group with a well stocked kitchen and pantry and great outdoor space for hanging out in the evening. It was close enough to walk into Sonoma for restaurants or shops and convenient pick up for a winery tour. I cannot speak more highly about this property or its hosts!

Incredible Weekend in Sonoma

Myself and my large group of friends loved our stay! It was the perfect base to relax, hang out, enjoy the lovely outdoor living that is Sonoma, all while providing space and privacy for everyone. I'd highly recommend the property to anyone, and we'll absolutely be back for visits to come :)

Perfect Spot for Staying in Sonoma

We had a party of 9 and it perfectly fit our group with plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms. Check in was very easy and communication with the house manager was excellent. It was located just a mile from the Sonoma plaza with a walking trail. Peter gave us excellent restaurant recommendations and wine tours. We really enjoyed our stay.

Large comfy property

This is a roomy, comfortable property. Communication with the owner/manager was prompt and helpful - with suggestions for tours, wineries and restaurants. There was a minor issue with a bed that was promptly addressed. Coffee and cream is provided, which is nice. The property is a bit far to walk to town, altho we did one nite. The wooded path is nice, but quite dark at nite, so not optimal for walking to dinner. Note that the “upstairs bedrooms” are actually in a separate building. This is not explained in the description. We did not use the outside amenities, but the grounds seemed somewhat overgrown. If you are looking for accommodations that sleep a lot of people and is not really walkable to town this will fit your needs.

Wedding Getaway in Sonoma

Our stay at Peter's property was superb! From check-in to check-out, our group of 10 was very pleased. Check In: Host was communicative and thorough with check in procedures and how to navigate the property. Plenty of parking on site. Cleanliness: 5stars , very clean and hand sanitizer present throughout the property for convenience. Stay: Each couple had their own room, only one didn't have a bathroom in room. Plenty of space in the living quarters, kitchen, outdoor patios. Coffee on site (and creamer!) was very welcome after long days at the wineries. Numerous kitchen utensils and appliances for cooking on site. Property: Expansive with lots of things to explore. Wine making on the property, bocce pit, horseshoes, gazebo next to a beautiful neighboring vineyard, on site garden. Our stay in Sonoma was terrific and Peter's property was a big part of that. Cannot recommend enough, we will definitely be back.

Amazing property!

We loved everything about our stay here. It was a perfect home and property for our large family. My niece came for brunch with her small children on Sunday (from Sacramento) and the yard was perfect for the kids to run around while the adults caught up and enjoyed the weather and beautiful property.

Best Vacation Experience

We had stayed at Peter’s place for a weekend gateway with my girlfriends. We had a lovely time here. The place was clean and it is conveniently located close to the restaurants. The host greeted us and took time to show us around and even helped us start the fire pit. The views were beautiful and we left with some long lasting memories.

Great location and place for large group!

We were a group of 5 couples, 10 people who stayed for a long weekend in this rental. The location was perfect- close to downtown and several wineries. We were able to easily visit both Sonoma and Napa. The place had a lot of room and so many activities to keep us entertained. The check in/out process was great. The owners were very friendly and accommodating! Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Amazing property for a family reunion

For our 60th wedding anniversary party, this was the perfect place for our out of town guests to stay! The two houses were perfect for the 4 different families. The young adults had a ball with the outdoor games. We older adults appreciated having all of the outdoor seating in beautiful surroundings to reconnect with our families!
