„We had a great time. Good location for Annecy and local supermarkets. Would recommend a day trip to Mont Blanc. Lovely welcome and send off from Joël. Amazing swimming pool and real value for money. It was really hot in Annecy during our stay but there are shutters and fans provided that helped lots. Would highly recommend especially for families. “

„The villa is ideally located near all road accesses to Geneva, Annecy and Mont-Blanc. The view from the villa over the Aravis chain on the one side and Geneva on the other side is really enjoyable. We were only 3 but the villa could accommodate up to 6 persons without any problem. The villa is fully equipped and has a very good internet connection with WiFi in all rooms. „Das Haus war echt super. Es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich, das Haus hatte eine tolle Ausstattung, das habe ich selten gesehen. Es war alles da was man hätte gebrauchen können und noch mehr! Der Gastgeber ist super lieb und hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet, so dass es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. 10 Minuten Autofahrt entfernt ist ein Lebensmittel Laden mit allem was man möchte. Eine super Lage, von den Nachbarn hat man auch kaum was gesehen also ist man echt unter sich gewesen es war alles ...

„Vraiment logement très bien situé et très grand.Bonne communication avec l’agence qui gère le bien.Le seul bémol était le manque de chauffage dans les chambres.Sans doute un problème sur les radiateurs qui pourra être facilement pour les prochains voyageurs.“

„Wir waren eine Gruppe von 5 Personen und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Insbesondere der Aussenbereich mit Pool und Cheminée hat uns ausserordentlich gefallen. Die Gastgeberin hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und war sehr hilfsbereit. Nous étions un groupe de 5 personnes et avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'espace extérieur avec la piscine et la cheminée. L'hôtesse nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et s'est montrée très serviable.“

„A Annecy pour faire le triathlon de l’Alpsman, nous avons séjourné dans la villa. Rien de mieux pour être dans de bonnes condition, nous avons adoré la maison à l’unanimité. Très bien équipée, une vue magnifique sur le lac.Un accueil chaleureux et une réactivité de Philippe très appréciable également.“

„A comfy house with a friendly and helpful host. It's an easy 15/20 minute trip into the town centre by bus (recommend you download the bus app). Loads to do in the area. House is well-appointed and has parking. 7 minute walk to boulangerie and supermarche. Thank you to our host.“

„We had a wonderful two weeks in this home, enjoying the spectacular views of the mountains and Lac d’Annecy below. The home itself and the hosts are lovely, wonderful for kids and having meals with our friends, swimming, walks in the adjacent forest, playing table tennis and badminton, reading books on the terrace, etc. But the area is incredible as well - Annecy itself as well as day trips to hike in Chamonix; visits to family in Geneva, walks in Semnoz, visits to Les Gorges du Fier, cycling ...

„Maison très grande, bien équipée, agréable et bien organisée pour une famille de 5 personnes. Bien exposée avec vue sur les montagnes et sur une petite partie du lac depuis la chambre à l'étage. Voisinage calme, piscine sympa, et accès facile au centre ville en 15 mn par un bus gratuit. Propriétaires agréables et serviables. A recommander.“
