« Host was very accommodating and kind. Room and surroundings were extremely clean and spacious. While the room just has a fridge and kettle, we also had access to a communal area for breakfast and simple meals (microwave, toaster oven, and dishes (no cookware). « Ceci n’est pas un hôtel, c’est un appartement sans service et sans commodité. Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur de sorte que ce n’est vraiment pas facile dans les escaliers étroits et très inégaux de monter et descendre avec les bagages. Il n’y a pas personne quand on a besoin de quelque chose ou d’informations. Et si on réussit à rejoindre le responsable par téléphone, il nous répond qu’il ne peut pas nous aider car il est trop occupé. »
