Cottage 3 chambres adossé à Sauble Beach!

Le Sandy Trail Lodge a été entiÚrement rénové en 2015.

Louez ce chalet situĂ© au centre de 3 chambres, 1 salle de bain, 6 couchages pour vos prochaines vacances en famille. À distance de marche du centre-ville et Ă  seulement 50 pas de la cĂ©lĂšbre plage de Sauble! IdĂ©al pour vos prochaines vacances en famille.

La propriété est trÚs privée, entourée d'une haie de cÚdres.
L'intérieur est entiÚrement meublé, concept ouvert, une grande cuisine bien équipée, TV avec lecteur DVD, Internet haute vitesse et salle de bain 4 piÚces. Les draps ne sont pas fournis.
Dehors, il y a un pont avant, une cour arriÚre, un patio latéral, un foyer extérieur, un barbecue au gaz naturel en acier inoxydable et est trÚs privé.

Excellent location that is walking distance to the beach and to the town of Sauble Beach. Lots of room to sit and relax inside and out. It’s a quirky property which looks like additions added to an original cottage. The quirkiness makes it more charming though. Highly recommend.

Ideal rental experience

Could not have asked for a more perfect spot for our girls weekend !!! Looks even better than the pictures:) Check-in was seamless, and the place was in immaculate condition (with ample kitchen appliances available!). The location is unbeatable: across the street from the beach, an 8-10 minute walk over to the main street. The fire pit outside with marshmellow roasting sticks made for a great campfire night. Patio set-up is great for entertaining, and the umbrella was big enough that all 5 of us comfortably spent the afternoon outside while it was raining. Internet was strong, tv included an hdmi cord so we had no issues connecting our laptop for a movie night. The real jewel of the rental, however, is the owner, Tim. Tim was so beyond helpful both in the weeks leading up to our stay and throughout the weekend. He really went above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay. I have nothing but good things to say about this experience, would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks Tim!!

Mini getaway with family and friends

‱Cute cottage. Cozy and comfortable indoor space. Lots of room outdoors with enough privacy from the trees. ‱Excellent host. Hospitable and prompt with responses. ‱Great location. Just as described. Steps to the beach and main strip. Definitely recommend! We enjoyed our stay despite the rainy and cooler weather.

A nice cozy place! Close to the beach (1min walking distance). You need to bring your own bed sheets, pillow, blanket, shower towel, shower and body wash.

Cute Cottage

This was our first experience with renting a cottage and it was absolutely perfect!! Tim was an Amazing host! Right from the beginning with booking his communications with us was above and beyond! He had even text me once we were in to make sure everything was good and to see if we needed anything! The cottage was so welcoming when we arrived with the lights on low and the local radio station on to welcome us!! Pictures of the cottage really couldn’t do it justice as it was even more beautiful and cozy than we had anticipated!! The cottage was supplied with everything we needed and more and although we only stayed two nights both my partner and I wish that we could have had the time in our schedules to stay longer. Thank you Tim for everything!! We can’t wait to come back!!

Easy access

Tim was definitely a host that went above and beyond, he assisted with a minor change that made his listing wheelchair accessible and was a pleasure to bump into while out exploring Sauble Beach. This unit is on ground level and only has a minor bump to get onto the deck and the rest of the building. It was perfect for using a manual wheelchair inside and out! Thanks!

A short stay after Labour Day

The cottage was lovely. The location was great. Close to the beach and to the main drag. The owner was quick to reply to messages. The big issue for us was and still hasn't been resoved, was VRBO charging us in American funds, instead of Canadian which we had assumed. We live in Canada and were renting a Canadian property, why would that even be an issue? We're hoping this will be resolved soon.

Perfect Little Cottage

This was the perfect cottage for our family of 4. Location was great. Only a few steps from the beach and downtown area. Tim was a great host. Always communicated with us and made sure we were have a wonderful time. I would completely suggest this cottage to my family and friends if they are looking for something in Sauble Beach. At the Sandy Trail in Sauble Beach!!

It was very relaxing and enjoyable time with convenience to all of Sauble and within walking distance of the beach, the local shopping and dining. The neighbors and occupants of the local cottages were all family oriented. The cottage offered all of the amenities someone would want in a rental property at the beach. The host was accommodating and pleasant. Many Many hot cozy home touches throughout the cottage. Can’t wait to go back! Many cozy and rustic home touches throughout the cottage. Sauble Beach getaway

Cottage was cosy, comfortable and well equipped. Beach access very easy, lovely clear water and not busy. Too bad about the fire ban. Would definitely recommend this property.
