âThe apartment is exactly as described, it is located in a quiet complex, almost directly by the sea. Everything was clean, the bed was very comfortable, everything smelled fresh and good and the communication was great. However, I only found out after booking that the pool was closed. The nearby Tower Beach Club doesn't allow tourists in, only members and residents. That was very annoying.â

âWe enjoyed our stay here. The location is great, you're just a 5 minute bike ride to Coligny Plaza and the beach. Plenty of room too. The complex is quiet and well kept. Watch out for the speed bumps though. There is a pool very close to the unit also. I recommend the Frosty Frog for drinks, and the Sea Shack for seafood (locals spot). And Kayak Hilton Head is a good spot for renting kayaks, which we all did there..â

âLove the friendliness of the property!! The hot tub and steam room were my favs!! Access to the beach was a 12 min walk along the boardwalk, easy walk and totally worth it. We âmetâ two alligators we named lil Joe and Jolene. â

âMy friend and I had the most spectacular stay at John's property! He was the consummate host--so clear in all information about the property and so helpful in making sure we had the most enjoyable beach trip possible. âHome was well equipped and we enjoyed our stay. There is a coffee pot and a Keurig type as well. (In case you want to bring ground or pods) Wonderful access to beach and enjoyed seeing the deer come by. Sunrise and sunset were stunning. â
