« The kitchen and bath both need updates. There is a throw rug in the kitchen that is filthy and needs to be replaced immediately. Location was good relative to beach access and was walkable within about ten to fifteen minutes. We experienced flying ants in the bathroom, (approx 40 -50 of them over the six days) and a few in the bedroom. »

« Wonderful Layout, Great Beach Access, and Fantastic Host!We really enjoyed our time on Kiawah Island and had a wonderful stay at this condo. The proximity to the beach was very nice—it was a short, easy walk along the boardwalk right to the ocean. We were even lucky enough to be there while sea turtles were laying eggs and baby turtles were hatching, which we absolutely loved! The owner was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process—providing great support before booking, during our stay,...

« The location and view of Harbor was excellent. The bathroom had a problem with safety. The tub is slick and needs strips or a mat to prevent falls. There is a need for a grab bar on the wall for the tub. The mattress needs upgrading. The proximity of the elevator and laundry room was perfect. The kitchen floor had a board that moved in and out of place. Needs replacing. Parking was excellent. We need a handicap space and used the one right at the door. Thank you for allowing us to give our...
