« Place was absolutely perfect!! Hot tub was key after a day of skiing fat powder. Beds were super comfy. Tons of bedding and towels and warm blankets. Fireplace was great for drying gear. We had a small minor issue with the hot tub and the response was literally 10 minutes!! Can’t say enough great things about this place!! Would definitely stay again without a doubt. »

« Adequate space for our party of 4. The lift was fun. Curtains for the higher windows would’ve helped with the light, but not a big deal. We had an issue the first night figuring out the shower and it seemed our question was responded to by an auto attendant and not a real person. We figured it out eventually on our own, but if you had a real issue you might not reach an actual person. »

However, we had difficulties from the start getting in due to misplaced keys, and it took almost a day of not being able to reliably get into the condo building for resolution. Additionally, one of the bedrooms did not have curtains and was directly facing another condo window. Other aspects of the interior also felt dated and unfinished. »

The view outside the balcony was totally obstructed by a large sliding glass window that was waiting to be installed, so we had no view from inside the living room to the outside. "Our stay was perfect! The staff – whether at reception, in the bar and restaurant, at the luggage counter or in housekeeping – were patient and understanding despite the language barrier; they were always smiling and friendly, and we left feeling truly delighted! I’m just deducting one star because the booking stated that breakfast was included, but we had to pay for every breakfast (and there was no mention on the menu of what was included or not). Thanks again to the whole team – it was truly perfect! I’ll definitely be back!"
