It is spotless and it has all the amenities one could ask for...from milk, yogurt and water in the fridge to welcoming granola bars and an assortment of breakfast cereals. Towels, shampoos and soaps, as well as a basket of supplies are ready to use in the bathroom. It is spacious inside and has plenty of lighting for being a basement apartment.
