„Absolutely appalled by our stay at Nightcap in Nowra. This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. The biggest issue was the complete lack of reliable hot water for the entire stay. Three separate incidents of freezing cold showers over multiple days and clearly nobody cared enough to fix the issue. „Old, dirty and unkept rooms. The rooms are shockingly dated. Our door was actively splintering at the bottom, and everything came with a layer of dust. The TV can't connect to the internet, and in the year 2026, they actually have the audacity to charge guests for Wi-Fi! We were told the gym was closed at 8pm, but the welcome pack said the “Beachside Fitness” is open til 10pm. Disabling the keycard reader two hours before closing and making guests beg for entry is peak lazy management. Don't ...
