« The room was great. There is a breakfast room downstairs which is open all of the time to get coffee and tea etc. We were leaving on a Sunday morning around 8am before breakfast started, but the staff were really helpful and put some food out ready for us (cereal and milk was already out anyway). The pub is lovely next door »

« Nous sommes arrivés en avance à l’hôtel en accord avec Selena. Nous avons découvert notre chambre au 3ème étage . La chambre est très cosy,la salle de bain très propre. Le petit déjeuner est préparé sur place à la demande avec d’excellents produits de la région . Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au beach front Guest House. »

« Staff extremely pleasant and helpful - food and amenities were really good »

« The staff was amazing ! This is a lovely place !! »

« Nice location on the outskirts of the City but easily walkable into the centre. Room was small but adequate and clean. Overall good value for money and free parking was a bonus. We would definitely stay here again. »

« Martin and Elizabeth were fantastic hosts. Very welcoming to my children and I. Breakfast was excellent and the family room was a good size and with all the amenities you’d expect. Location so good, only a 3-4 minute walk to Hythe Pier and pier train and there are a good selection of shops, cafes etc also. »

« cleanliness. free parking. comfortable bed. quiet. shopping at 5 min on feet. negative point : private bathroom outside the room with no key. everyone can acess... »

« Great location, staff was very friendly and cooked us a very tasty breakfast. Room was comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Street parking was very full so had to park one street away but promenade and restaurants are all within walking distance so no need to move the car after securing a spot. »

« Nous avons eu la chambre ronde avec un lit rond, une baignoire dans la chambre. Magnifique. Excellent Full English Breakfast. »
