One of the highlights of staying in Miami Park is access to the private neighborhood beach. OUTDOOR LIVING: Porch, gas grill, firepit, hot tub, corn hole, tram down to the beach. 4 beach chairs, 12 beach towels, beach umbrella, beach wagon, and sand toys available.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with cookware, utensils, stainless steel appliances, and coffee maker.

GENERAL: Linens/towels, free WiFi, trash bags, paper towels, central heating & A/C

House Rules and Policies

- Maximum Occupancy is 10 people

- No smoking

- No events, parties, or large gatherings

- Must be at least 25 years old to book

- Additional fees and taxes may apply

- NOTE: There is an external camera located at the front door and a decibel monitoring sensor located outside the home.



PAYMENT TERMS:

25% of the rental fee is due at booking, the remaining 75% is due 90 days before the check-in date
