La chambre était spacieuse et propre par contre on nous a donné la pire chambre de l’hôtel: juste à côté du lobby et de l’espace petit déjeuner et en face de la machine à glaçons. Très très bruyant donc. A minima il faudrait mettre des portes pour fermer l’espace de la machine à glaçons. Et je n’ai pas l’impression que l’hôtel était plein: cette chambre devrait être attribuée en dernier recours. »

It was a very clean home and several well thought out amenities such as night lights throughout the rooms and a well stocked refrigerator with beverages and water. « There is no lake view in a room that said it was lake view. It was clean. The king-size bed was beyond terrible. It was like 2 twins pushed together with a very lumpy mattress topper. No closet. Very tiny room. The hand sink was in the bedroom. The house was built in 1883, if it had been haunted it might have been worth the $250. It was neither haunted or worth the $250. »

« We were there from a Friday to Monday and did not get our roomed cleaned one time. Their policy is every other day and that is fine but on Sunday evening when we returned to our room from the day nothing had been done! No clean towels, no beds made, no new toiletries etc. Part of what you pay for and enjoy when you stay at a hotel is coming back to a clean room. When I brought this to the attention of the staff they were not helpful at all. They stated the cleaning staff was gone for the day and...

« WiFi unavailable. Soap missing from bathroom. Food mediocre. Tub needs rubber mat due to slippery surface. This contributed to my fall in the tub. Very expensive for a 2 star stay! »

« Our stay was only one night but it was great. Spacious room, the bed was comfy, hot tub was private and great. We enjoyed the firepit and bought smore stuff to make. We look forward to coming back. »
