I stood in the same room on 2 different occasions 4/13 and 4/20 and both times the service was great. I had a room that fit 8 people with 3 king beds and a sofa bed, my family and I loved it. One of the days the sofa bed would not open so we couldn't use it, I informed the receptionist upon check out and she said she would fix it. I booked the same room for the following weekend and it was fixed 😊. Breakfast was good, the only thing I would recommend for them to do it's to change the variety for the breakfast because it appears that they do the same thing every day. Other than that everything was excellent.

Construction zone!!!
The girl at the desk was excellent. She was super friendly, and could not of been more helpful. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean enough. Karen was here with a construction going on which we were not aware of prior to checking in. Someone was hammering in the room next-door to us and it went on for at least an hour or so. The next morning by 8 o’clock they were sawing in the room. The toilet was also backed up. By the time we realized it, we did not want the hassle of moving to another room. So it was our own fault that this became a problem.

Property was clean. Room was nice and mattress.Comfortable. We were on the first floor near the ice machine which was not enclosed so we heard multiple times someone getting ice. Also, the ceiling is not well insulated for sound so we heard people walking around much of the night. Not their fault just poor design. Otherwise the place was nice and breakfast was very good

It was a pleasant stay. We only stayed one night and left early the next morning. The room was clean but the bath towels seemed old and should be replaced. The breakfast was not to our liking although the dining area was very nicely set up.

The front desk employees were terrific! So accommodating and pleasant. As for the room: did not like where the sink was located. It gives you no privacy. The floor was dirty. Was left with a quarter of a role of toilet paper on the holder from the previous renters and one new one. The toilet paper holder was filthy. I kept the roll out. I informed the front desk that the corner of the mirror over the sink had a huge crack. The shower curtain rod was bent so the shower curtain wouldn’t stay in place. Unfortunately, Best Western Plus was not the best and I will not stay here again.
