Tahoe Fam Vacation

This is our second year at this property. Beautiful house and quiet location away from the crowded SLT area. Property is very clean and perfectly equipped. We did experience a fairly significant electrical issue in the house with a faulty circuit that continued to trip the breaker due to a light fixture and/or switch. This was reported to Vacasa and they did not act on it or respond all week. This is concerning as it is a fire/safety issue and it needed to be taken seriously.

Nice place to getaway

I hosted a bachelorette weekend for my bestie. The place was nice and spacious. My only complaint is that this place didn’t come with central ac. It was noted in the listing but the weather during the weekend was in the 80s and the house was stuffy and unbearably hot. We opened the windows but it didn’t really help.

Great, but lots of small issues

Overall, this place was great. It had a nice "wow" factor when walking in. After 3 nights, I noted 6 things that needed to be fixed/cleaned in the house. To give just 2 examples... the main bedroom's bathroom had a clogged shower and the bathroom door, a new-looking barn door, was missing a stopper and came off its rails 3 times, once when our toddler followed my wife, locking her in! Could have been dangerous and she literally had to scream for help... Nothing hugely bad in the end, but just a lack of routine maintenance, on many many things, hence not 5 stars... and close to 3 frankly.

Cousins Reunion

6 Cousins from 3 States got together for a few days at this wonderful rental. When we arrived the code did not work opening the front door, I called the phone # and after a couple questions we were in the house with a new code. This home is very clean and comfortable, everyone said all the beds were comfortable. There is a separate thermostat for upstairs and downstairs which made it nice. The only supplies that were not there was surran wrap/foil but we managed, there is lots of dishes, utensils, spices, soap etc. there is a deck at every door. This home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood and about a 15 minute drive to the casinos and 5 minutes to grocery store. I would definitely rent this home again! Beautiful Home!

Winter getaway

Very nice cabin. Appears to be a new construction—very cozy. The only downside, the master bedroom was not heating up as well as the rest of the house so we were cold the first night. I called turnkey and they brought a space heater for the master and that worked out well. The kids had so much fun playing outside in the snow (the house is on a cul de sac so not much traffic). Kitchen fully stocked—we had everything we needed and even left some goodies (oil, seasonings).

The home was beautiful, however the service promised for snow removal was awful. not one person came to plow until Xmas eve. and he only came once after we shoveled ourselves. We were stranded at the house for 2 extra days due to road not being plowed or driveway. We missed out on events, due to now snow removal services

Will come back again

The rental property is accurate to the description listed on the website. We stayed with my family and friends and enjoyed our tenure here. All appliances were working properly. The hot tub was the highlight of the weekend since it would be chilly at night.

Amazing Escape/ Very Clean

I rented this cabin to celebrate my wife's birthday with three other couples. She is not a fan of home rentals but she was so amazed at how clean and comfortable this cabin was. The open concept was so great for multiple couples and the hot tub was perfect. I would highly recommend this rental for couples, families and friends. One of the best rentals to date.

Spacious house near south lake Tahoe

Beautiful house with lots of space for family. Decks have beautiful views. The road behind the house is a bit noisy. Check-in and check-out times are ok, not standard like most rentals. No air conditioning means the master bedroom is quite warm but the cool nights can help if there is a breeze.

Updated S. Tahoe Home

We took our family and inlaws for our daughter's 16th birthday. The home was perfect with an open living area adjacent to the kitchen where we spent most of our time. The kids slept downstairs and enjoyed their own space with the TV. The hot tub was nice after an active day on the lake. The home is nicely updated and I would recommend this place for other families looking to spread out and enjoy Lake Tahoe!

Am early Thanksgiving

We had the opportunity to have an early Thanksgiving with our two adult children, their spouses and our four grandchildren ranging from 12 years old to 10 months old. The house was perfect for such a gathering, the weather was pleasant (snow on the ground but very little new snow during our visit). Everyone had a great time. We will likely do it again next year.

BEAUTIFUL PLACE

The house is beautiful. There is a lot of lighting and dimmers if needed for all areas of the house. It was very cozy. The refrigerator was making a loud humming noise when we arrived our first night. I called Turnkey and they sent out a maintenance person within a few hours and he was able to fix the issue. The only gripe I had was that the top level balcony light fixture wasn’t working. It was getting dark around 6pm and using the grill was difficult without any lighting. The maintenance guy said that it was an issue with the fixture itself and not the LED bulb. Other than that the stay was great.

Our Stay in South Lake Tahoe

The house was great. Getting to it on on arrival date (!-16-2019) there was so much snow on the street and driveway that I feel it would have been nice for me not to shovel couple of feet of snow in order to get in the driveway and the garage. Everything in the house was great. A couple of issues with the Oven. So hard to get it going , it needs to be repaired. the pilot kept blowing out because of the fan. Had to try 15 to 20 times each time we wanted to use it. Not enough towels for 7 people. Ran out of paper towel and toilet paper. The fridge was making a very loud noice coming from the rear of the unit We put a couple of Bags between the lose panel in the back and the was to keep the noice down. There was no recycling bins, so we left all recyclable in bags in the garage. Over all we liked the house.

First time stay in Tahoe and turned out to be excellent.

Property was clean and well maintained. Had three other buddies join for a mountain bike and fishing trip to Tahoe and was thoroughly enjoyed. My brother and his family were camping in the area and joined us for a BBQ and the home made for a perfect gathering. Thanks again, really enjoyed.
