    Suntide III will be undergoing a building restoration and spalling repair project from September 21, 2026 through March 19, 2027

    Active construction will be taking place on both the beachside and bayside of the property, and the outdoor pool will be closed for the entire duration of the project. The heated indoor pool and hot tub will still be accessible during this time

    Suntide III appreciates your understanding and patience as these important repairs are completed

This condo was just as described and we absolutely enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and we enjoyed spending time on the balcony listening to the waves Suntide III is a well maintained condo complex .

Great Gulf Front Condo

Loved this condo- it was one of favorites at Suntide III. The condo was as described in the listing and photos. It was very clean and had every thing we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the waves.

Padre Island condo

The condo was beautiful. The staff was so helpful and considerate. The view from the balcony was so relaxing and we enjoyed it so much!! There were only a couple of things I would have liked to see. A "book" that listed the restaurants, and activities, and how to use the TV - we had trouble with that.There are no condiments available - so bring your own. There were paper towels, a supply of toilet paper and dish & laundry soap. I would have liked a couple of dish towels in the kitchen.Overall the condo was excellent and we would stay here again if we ever visit Padre Island in the future.
