The only thing that prevented a 5 star review is that 1 of the 2 elevators in our building was not operational and we had no guest parking tags available...only 1 tag per condo.Otherwise it was absolutely fabulous...by far the best one we've stayed at on SPI so far...

Comfortable and convenient

Good apartment, comfortable to stay in. Communication could be improved. Owner gave incorrect beach access and never rectified the problem. Was able to get code from another office. Convenient location.

Not as nice as the photos

It was ok overall. The photos look a lot better than the place and looks slots bigger. It’s not as big and needs lots of updating. The mattress is old. I don’t know why these places don’t change the matter to the foam ones. They cheap and comfortable.

It was good…

When we got there, the iPad to check in was smashed and broken. The stairs were dirty like they hadn’t been vacuumed, and multiple blinds were broken meaning people could seen in at all times. Other than that, the place was clean! We did have a strange mishap on the last night there… we had a security guard come to the door asking if there was a fire…? We were packing up and let her know there was no fire. She asked if we had heard an alarm go off because they had an alarm go off and the fire department was on the way. We heard no such alarm upstairs (where my husband was with 2 of our kids) or downstairs (where I was with our 3rd child). It kind of made us feel uncomfortable after that. Oh, and the lady in the office has a very dry sense of humor and might come across rude, but she seemed harmless once you get used to it. Overall, it was ok I guess… more having to do with lots of little things and less to do with the condo itself.

great rental company

I loved the property was very nice and clean. my favorite part of the stay was how turnkey kept up with me by sending me reminders and texting me to check up on us, check in process super easy and fast. I definitely loved how they asked me constantly if they could help. will definitely book with turnkey again. thank you for being so helpful.

Awesome!

I highly recommend this condo! Beautiful, clean and very spacious!! The view is absolutely amazing from the kitchen, living room and dinning table! Made family meals and the view over breakfast and dinner was so nice! The balcony very spacious. Can’t say enough great things on this condo. Will return for sure. Another plus was being able to text for quick questions and answers on the condo. A recommendation to the company/owner, change the bulbs to the correct size in the kitchen. It would help for better lighting. Also, TV instructions how to use. So many different remotes and couldn’t figure out which did what. Thank you! Will be coming back!

Great place, with an even better view....

I'm must say, I was really impressed with my stay. The condo was clean, exactly as it was describe in the add. All around this was a wonderful experience for me. I'm looking forward to renting with Turnkey again. Here in the future to take my children on vacation.

A week getaway at the beach and first time at SPI

Great location. Beautiful home. About a 50/50 split of full time condo dwellers verses short time vacationers. Nice and quiet during the week. Not too quiet at weekends. Great views of the water and short walk to get there. Very clean and comfortable. Small issue with the lock on arrival which turnkey resolved very quickly.

The blinds are strange in bedroom. Feels like those in the parking lot can see in. I would also recommend changing the shower curtain because it made a mess on the floor.

Property looks just like the photos and is located close to a lot of convenient spots on the southern part of the island. Easy access to beach was really nice. Building is older but room is really nicely furnished and relaxing. My only complaint is that a lot of the blinds are broken. I had to find some spares in a closet so I had some privacy in the bedroom. Also would’ve liked a broom and dustpan to clean up small messes. Great spot.

Nice Place

Place was nice, but definitely needs some upgrades. After a long days at the beach with the kids, the couch is worn down and not very comfortable, location also needs certain supplies such as cleaning materials broom, dustpan, etc. Vertical blinds all need to be replaced. Had issues in every room with them falling off and had to call maintenance out to fix it. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and will go back to the property, but will most likely look for a different unit.

Perfect for our little family

The condo was perfect for our little family of 3. We loved the location.It was a short walk to the beach, shops and food trucks. The heated pool was such a blessing when the weather was in the 70s. We will definitely visit again!

Getaway

The location of the property is perfect, no stopping at a desk to checkin which allows you to feel at home and be in control of your stay. The second floor living area and lovely balcony was perfect, it had the feel of a higher end Luxury destination. The lower level was nice and comfortable besides the AC not keeping it as cool as the second floor. Lastly, the Spectrum cable did not function in the living room as well as the second bedroom, this was a bit frustrating in the evening when we wanted to relax and watch a bit of tv while having dinner. Overall this was a nice rental with fast response time from the management company if there are any questions or concerns.

New Family Traditions

We absolutely loved this condo, so much that we reached out to stay one more day. Unfortunately the condo was already booked(should have known cause it’s awesome). The condo felt like home and access to the beach was a breeze! We’ve already decided that this is our new summer spot!

This condo was amazing, the only problem I had was when I first arrived and went to get a parking pass from the office the lady yelled at me telling me turn key need to provide it in the room, she didn’t even want to give me one! But she finally did and my stay was awesome!

Comfortable and Great Location!

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this Sunchase IV Condo. The condo is nicely updated, beds were comfortable, and convenient to the beach. I would request a broom and dustpan to be accessible to guests and consider changing the hanging blinds. Many thanks for a much needed getaway!
