The City of South Padre Island offers free metro transportation and Uber/Taxis are also available. Some people prefer to walk, rent a bike or rent a golf cart to get around.

IMPORTANT NOTICE –****STRICT CANCELLATION AND OCCUPANCY POLICY: BY BOOKING THIS PROPERTY, THE GUEST CONFIRMS THAT THEY HAVE READ, FULLY UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO THIS CANCELLATION POLICY. GUESTS WILL BE CHARGED $100 CANCELLATION FEE AND WILL RECEIVE A 95% REFUND ONLY IF THE RESERVATION IS CANCELLED AT LEAST 5 FULL DAYS BEFORE THE SCHEDULED CHECK-IN DATE. CANCELLATIONS MADE LESS THAN 5 DAYS BEFORE CHECK-IN WILL BE CHARGED A $100 CANCELLATION FEE AND WILL RECEIVE A 50% REFUND. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND IF THE RESERVATION IS CANCELLED THE NIGHT PRIOR TO CHECK-IN. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE FOR CHANGES IN TRAVEL PLANS, WEATHER, PERSONAL REASONS, EARLY DEPARTURES, OR FAILURE TO ARRIVE.****

Condo Rules:

- Guest registration forms must be emailed prior to guest arrival.
- Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is strictly prohibited.
- Children must not be left unattended on balconies.
- The primary guest must be at least 30 years old. A valid identification document is required at check-in.
- A maximum of 8 guests are permitted, including infants and children. Exceptions are not allowed.
- Only registered individuals will be granted access to the property.
- Only owners are permitted to have guests.
- Candles are not permitted in the condominium.
- Unruly behavior will not be tolerated.
- Failure to comply with Sapphire regulations may result in fines and/or eviction.

Please note that Sapphire guests do not have access to the pool area at Margaritaville. The restaurant and indoor bar are open to the public. You may purchase a resort access pass from Margaritaville if you wish to access their pool.
