„The room was okay for budget purposes. We were looking forward to using the pool but it was unusable due to a significant amount of goose poop around and inside. We didn’t need the kiddie pool but I would not have put my child in there if we did, Very unclean. The staff was outstanding and helpful. “

„After three hours of waiting for our room, the room was nice and modern, but was not worth $400 a night. There was quite a lot of noise coming from either the rooftop bar or the locals not sure which but it didn’t seem to be any room, dampening windows, and it went well into the night. Would not recommend at this price.“

„Excellent location. Walkable to several restaurants and shopping. Easy access and easy parking. Nice layout and prompt reply to questions we had about the unit. We used the gym and it was a nice bonus. Having a washer and dryer came in handy after hiking camelback mountain and the utv excursion. Clean place with all the thinfs we needed/wanted. “

„Sehr schönes Hotel mit nettem Aussenbereich. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist reichlich und fein (gegen Bezahlung). Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Managerin hat uns am Nachmittag eigenhändig einen Espresso gebrüht! Die Lage neben einem Walmart und in der Nähe des Freeways ist praktisch. Old town Scottsdale ist in wenigen Fahrminuten erreichbar. Es war ein tolles Wochenende! Danke an das gesamte Personal!“

„Das Personal ist freundlich solange alles nach Plan läuft. Aber als es ein technisches Problem gab (Verbindung zum Drucker in der Hotellobby) bestand keinerlei Bereitschaft, eine Lösung zu finden. “

„Tolles, neues Hotel. Zimmer modern und geräumig. Bett bequem. Gym gut ausgestattet. Frühstück lecker (Kaffee war zu stark und nicht gut angemacht). Parkplätze nebenan im Parkhaus am Schatten, was in Phoenix sehr wichtig ist. Gute Brauerei gleich auf der anderen Strassenseite “

„The property’s location was its biggest highlight—close to everything we did, with a very quiet neighborhood at night. The AC and heat worked well, and the bathroom was stocked with four bath towels (though no face or body towels, so bringing your own is highly recommended everywhere you go). However, there were several issues. Check-in was frustrating, as I didn’t receive instructions by 4 PM and had to call the host, who initially couldn’t find my reservation. „Clean rooms, nice staff, right in downtown Scottsdale so there’s a lot of food options and a Target within a 3 mile radius as well as other shops. Definitely planning on coming back here next time. “

„Die Dusche hat nicht funktioniert. Da es schon spät am Abend war, sind wir nicht mehr zum Empfang gegangen. Lage der Unterkunft sehr gut, Personal sehr freundlich. “
