« It was not disclosed that the property was under construction, the pictures on line were of the completed property. When checking in, we were given a double queen when we booked a King, and the front desk was not apologetic at all, just "sorry, nothing I can do about it". Also, there wasn't a working ice machine to be found. Upon showering, there was also no conditioner, container was empty. Poor experience over all. »

« Late arroval with 2 huge luggage's and the person at the desk give us a room at the 3rd level... without elevator !!! We reclam to use one who go only at the second floor! Then the A/C in the room 1304 make a noise! It looks like sleeping near a plane! horrible! And the windows are not double glazing so with the road in front it was a disaster! We were so enthousiastic by seeing the pictures and at the end so deeply disappointed. »

« My stay at the Inn on Negley was so phenomenal. The staff were so kind and the property was beautiful and very tidy. Breakfast was AMAZING!!! Genuinely the best breakfast I’ve ever had. Very reasonably priced considering the quality and care. Would 100% stay here again »
