„Its a Perfect studio apartment cottage in a private setting area along w other cottages. Very cozy. The beach is literally steps away w stairs down. Everything described was exact and great. Really nice beds. Hi ceiling,fans, full kitchen, nice bathroom, easy functioning TV, & more. Perfect getaway for myself (dad) & my 2 young teens. We'll be back.“

„Place was great for us and the kids. It's small but enough room where you don't feel cooped up and ar bumping into eachother. House is clean and stocked with everything you need (linens, towels, beach supplies and even sunscreen) unlike many other places. Beach was great at high tide to swim. Low tide was nice but had to walk really far out to cool off. Was happy to have AC/minisplit to cool off with this heat. Would definitely come again.“

„Tara communicated throughout the our stay to make the it quick and easy. The cottage is very clean, has more than adequate supplies for longer stays. „Cosy retreat with pond view. Great for canoeing with the dog. Sweet porch for reading and morning coffee. Tara was an excellent host who communicated immediately and went well above and beyond to correct an issue that was out of her control.A great central location that allowed us to roam freely to our favorite beaches, hikes, and restaurants. We will gladly return in the future. “

„Great cottage! In a neighborhood of about a dozen houses with access to Town Cove. Not big, but very well equipped and great outdoor space with lingers, sofa, fire pit, grill and more. Morning and evening visits from a family of 5-6 bunnies - who knew?“

„It was a wonderful few days. The house is nice, cozy, and small, with a very great few of the sunset. (People from the beach were envious of the location of those swing-chairs!!!) The space in the house is very well-organized, nice, and clean. All you need is a very handy present in the right spots. Personally, it was a little bit too hot in the small bedroom without some sort of small fan, but the weather was very hot too. “

„Check-in was super easy. Tara was great to communicate with. This place had everything anyone would ever need. Beds are super comfy. Place is super clean. The pond is gorgeous. The house is setup so cute. The week flew by. One of my favorite places at the cape and we’ve been coming here at different places for the past 25 years. Love this place. Love heart of cape cod. Awesomely dog friendly.“

"Die Gegend war Sicher und ruhig, die Zimmer sehr sauber geputzt und komfortabel eingerichtet, das Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine super Unterkunft, um das Cape Cod zu erkunden, aber auch um einfach mal einen Tag die Seele am Pool baumeln zu lassen. Sehr praktisch war auch der Waschraum mit Waschmaschinen und Trocknern. Einziger Kritikpunkt: das Frühstück passt nicht zum restlichen Standard des Hauses. Der Kaffee war z.B. an zwei von vier Tagen ungenießbar und es wird viel zu viel Müll in Form von Einweggeschirr produziert. Die Auswahl und die Qualität beim Frühstück waren im Vergleich zu zum Teil preisgünstigeren Unterkünften schlechter. "
