  • Maison de 2 étages de Southampton récemment rénovée. Salon ouvert, cuisine Viking Chef. Île de cascade de calacatta en pierre Ceasar de 10 pieds parfaite pour se divertir. Sièges de salle à manger10 .. Salle de son 82 pouces 4k smart tv sonos sound bar. Chambre à coucher principale avec très grand lit dans la salle de bain du spa. Baignoire / douche à effet pluie.
    3 chambres lit queen.
    1 canapé-lit gigogne en mousse à mémoire de forme.
    Nagez dans la toute nouvelle piscine d'eau salée 20 x 40.
    Notre propriété privée d'un acre est à 4 minutes en voiture de la plage de Meschut / 10 minutes. en voiture du village et de la célèbre plage de Cooper.

Perfect family vacation home

This house was so ideal that we rarely had a reason to leave the home. From the pool to the fire pit and BBQ space our family had the time of our lives. Looking forward to possibly staying here again next summer.

Family Getaway

We had a great stay. The house was as described, with plenty room to relax. The outside areas with pool and outdoor seating was just what we needed to relax. Owners were extremely responsive and helpful with suggestions on what to do in the area. Will definitely book here again!

House was great. Loved the space, amenities including swing, heated pool, trampoline, etc. House and grounds were clean and well maintained. The hosts were very helpful and super responsive. Little disappointed the fireplace wasn’t ready but otherwise really enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in the Shinnecock hills area of Southampton. The house was stylishly decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it feel both elegant and comfortable. It is also very private but a quick 7 minute drive to the village, and convenient to the many good restaurants in the Hampton Bays.Check in was well coordinated with a quick tour conducted by the owner.The large pool was pristine and well maintained, and our two children thoroughly enjoyed many hours in the water, while the grill offered a nice alternative to the well equipped kitchen. The hosts even provided a welcome basket which was a very nice touch

This property is absolutely gorgeous and the quintessential Southampton estate!

This estate is perfect for family and friends. Our stay was an Executive Retreat Strategy Session which worked out perfectly as the floor plan has several large spaces for our group yet also allowed space for personal time. The Master Bathroom is worthy of a 5 Star Resort. The backyard is lovely and peaceful with the heated pool, chirping birds and a large gas grill with outdoor dining area. The Owners were extremely accessible and welcoming. 5 Stars!

Beautiful home with unbelievable pool/outdoor kitchen

Everything top of the line. Beautiful kitchen. Fabulous pool. The outdoor kitchen area, which isn't even pictured, is incredible. Had lots of fun hanging out with our teenage kids and their friends. But we could also shut ourselves away in master suite when needed to escape. Hosts totally great. Mailed back a camera we forgot. Great experience.

Amazing Property and Hosts!

My friend and I (and our two dogs) booked this property after another property unexpectedly cancelled on us four days before our trip. It turned out to be a great thing because this house was unbelievable and the hosts, Welli and Roxana, couldn't have been better! They really thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and were so great with being responsive and helpful. The house was immaculate and feels like something out of a magazine! The backyard was beautiful and lounging at the pool felt like being on a resort. We really could not have asked for more from this trip and are so grateful to the hosts for saving our vacation and making it better than we could have hoped for! We will definitely book again!

Great House - even better than advertised!

Had a fantastic time on our family vacation! Welli and Roxanna were gracious hosts, very welcoming and responsive leading up to our stay. They provided a number of recommendations for local places! The house is beautiful, clean and spacious- it was perfect for our whole family including 2 adults and 4 teenagers (18,18,17,17). Rooms were large and comfortable; bathrooms were clean and modern; kitchen and common area was contemporary with all the amenities. The backyard and pool was simply amazing! We spent tons of time grilling and hanging out in the awesome backyard. The house's proximity to Coopers Beach and Southampton village is ideal (10 min). Thanks! We will definitely be booking again.

Amazing home

Beautiful home inside and out! Not sure where to begin, this property checked all the boxes. Renovated, clean, beautifully decorated, large rooms with comfortable beds, top of the line appliances, large open floor plan with kitchen, dining and living room, large heated pool with outdoor kitchen area and to top it off with an amazing host Welli. Gave us a detailed walk through of the property and was a quick phone call away if we needed anything. A true gem to the VRBO community and looking forward to renting again!

Our staff worked out in the Hamptons for a private event and the home was wonderful to come back to every night after our long days working. The house really made us feel at home.

Wonderful stay!

This home was perfect for our group of 10 that needed an escape from NYC. We spent most of our time hanging by the pool, cooking in the large kitchen, and making trips to Ponquogue beach that was only a 15 minute drive away. Wi-Fi was also decent for those that needed to take work calls. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating as well! Thank you Welli & Roxana!
