Maisons de ville à Sud-est de Cincinnati

« Breakfast was excellent. Multiple options. Staff kept the food fresh. »

« For staying there for 7 nights we only had service once for our room and we were suppose to have it every other day and no one emptied our garbage for the whole week. I was really disappointed with the cleaning service. »

« Room was very clean. Staff was friendly. My only issue was the room didn't have a microwave. »

« Room was very clean. Mattress and pillows were superb. Great staff and property. »

« It was clean »

« En général c'était bien. Le personnel est accueillant. Assez propre. »

Maintenance in our room was poor as the bathroom door was broken and they knew about it and still book us into that room. There are no coffee makers in the rooms but you can ask for one. The bedding was stained and the soap dispensers empty. The floor does not have carpet, which I liked, but not super clean. Not impressed with their lack of attention to details that matter. »

« Ours was a quick overnight stay as part of a road trip. Convenient location and efficient stopover. Perfect! »

« a l 'ecart du centre ville zone éloigné a pied mais accessibilité facile en voiture »

Very safe and quiet, yet there was great shopping and...

« We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was new, clean & beautiful. Breakfast was very delicious. Our only concern was with having a handicapped room, it was the farthest possible from the elevators. Thought it would be a step in shower or tub. Also the lift in the pool for handicapped did not work. »

« breakfast should be more choice. also cleaning agent need to change the bed sheet daily, i needed to report this to front desk more often. »
