„The proximity to Cincinnati MINI was my reason for staying here. Hampton Inn is usually top notch, but this location needs some TLC. Elevators smelled stale, my room - sheets included - smelled like someone had doused them with some sort of cheap version of Lysol, and the staff I encountered at the front desk acted as if I were a bother. Would not stay here again.“

„We booked this hotel because it had stellar reviews and we were not disappointed. The staff was welcoming, warm, fun and helpful. The facilities were very clean and well maintained. Breakfast selections were excellent. Our room was very comfortable. The location is perfect for access to downtown events. We wish the parking lot was free but at least the $10 per night charge was minimal. We would definitely stay there again.“

„Das Einchecken und das Zimmer mit der Grösse und Einrichtung waren grundsätzlich gut. Leider konnte die Klimaanlage die ganze Zeit nicht für uns korrekt eingestellt werden. Zudem ist sie so verbaut, dass der Luftzug voll auf Bett gerichtet ist und wir so Halsschmerzen etc. erwischt haben. Es wäre nach uns zu prüfen wie eine Optimierung durchgesetzt werden könnte.“

„We stay at this property at least once a year, usually more. When we stayed there earlier this year, the standards to which we had become accustomed had gone downhill. I had to give it two stars, and we weren't sure if we would return or try a different property at the same exit. We're glad we tried them again because everything was back to its above-average condition. We will stay there again and can only assume that our earlier 2026 stay was an anomaly.“
