„Most everything was great with only a few relatively minor things. The room wasn’t quite ready when we got there so we had to wait in the hallway until it was ready (and with no luggage cart, we were tired from travel and carrying bags). The mattress was unexpectedly firm, which was no problem for me though my wife didn’t sleep all that well.
