„This is the cutest cottage ever. I would come back in a heartbeat. It’s in a nice calm neighborhood. You see people walking their dogs and everyone is friendly. The only thing other renters should know is to bring bathing towels and beach towels as well as extra paper towels, garbage bags and toilet paper. The property manager is great. Extremely thorough and communicative. I recommend this cute this cottage. “

„Fantastic view, cant say enough about sunrise and sunset. Nice away from it all spot close enough to places to go fora really good balance. The road in isa back road on the cape going any faster than 5mph will rattle you around but totally worth the slow roll in. “

„We felt like we were far away from everything but in 5 minutes by car we were at a shopping center and great restaurants. The boathouse loft was well appointed with everything we needed. The owner was welcoming to us and our dog. Amazing view of Swan Pond, a beautiful little salt water estuary we kayaked & paddle-boarded on. Easy access to multiple town beaches & the national seashore beaches! Loved our week-long stay & will be back. “

„Second time staying here, and it was just as lovely as I remembered. The location can't be beat - we spend a lot of time lounging on the deck watching the birds and listening to the ocean, and of course taking many walks on the beach.The living room could use a good reading light near the couch or chairs (the lamp next to the couch is quite dim), but otherwise everything is great!“

„We had a wonderful two week stay at Peter’s cottage. It was cozy and charming. It was a beautiful 15 walk to downtown and one of the many bike paths was just across the street. Peter was very attentive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay again in the future.“
