« Property is located one block from marina and beach and next to the incredible Harbor View restaurant. Unit is very nicely decorated and everything was in excellent working order. A perfect place to enjoy the lake and all Pepin and surrounding areas have to offer »

« The location was perfect for the wedding we were attending. The place was clean great for a weekend with friends. There was both a bar and coffee shop within a block or two. The large deck in autumn was great for early evening sitting. And, the hosts were very responsive to my questions. »

« The condo was bright and airy and had amazing views of the lake. We had plenty of room for two people. It was so nice to have the lake walking trail just across the road plus a Dairy Queen nearby for treats. »

« The unit was large and very clean, the view of Lake Pepin and the "Point" was excellent. Brought back a lot of memories. If you are going to Lake City this is the place to stay. »

« This is a great little apartment on the main floor. It’s about a block from the Pepin marina with lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. We have friends that have a place in town but the train keeps me up all night when I stay there. I didn’t even hear the train here👍. We will definitely stay again!! »

« Came to be with my old MK nursing roommate we graduated 1965 that’s 60 years this year. She was just diagnosed with inoperative cancer and is in hospice. I watched over her during the night and came back and rested in the condo so well during the day. My husband, Dr Arnie Jostock was from rural Lake City so I know the town well. I look forward to returning »

« Stunning views! We thought the property on the lakeside of the street and I somehow got confused about what floor this unit was on. I thought it was 3rd floor but it was 1st floor. Nevertheless less it was a mostly clean unit… just a couple horizontal surfaces were quite dusty (ie the bathroom hand-towel holder). The most disappointing thing for me was the rather uncomfortable shower head. The shower felt piercing and needle-like. I couldn’t even put my face into it- or other body parts. I’d...
