« The washroom floor was not cleaned prior to our arrival. There were splatters of coffee (?) on the floor that were impossible to not notice. MORE IMPORTANTLY: I left a $60 item in the room. I know EXACTLY where it was when I left it, yet when I phoned the hotel to ask if I could pay to have it shipped to me, the answer was that no such item was found. This is disappointing, since replacement of this item will take days, or possibly weeks, if it can be replaced at all. Either the cleaning staff...

« Like all Microtels I have tried, this one was very comfortable and the room was well-organised. I also had dinner and breakfadst there. They were both very good, and the staff was very pleasant. Location: it's on the outskirts of a mining town, so, it's not the best, but chances are, you are here for work and not tourism so this shouldn't bother you. »

« Everything was good and clean. Just found it a bit hard to register. It was the first time i got asked for an ID with the proof of my home adresse and at 10pm after a long day, i found it a bit hard. (My passport wasn't enough so make sure to bring your driver's licenses.) The room was huge with everything you may need and even more. Full size fridge, oven, microwave and a nice soap dispenser....If i really have to complaint about something, maybe the lights wasn't enough when the sun is...
