„Arrived at backpackers at 2pm. Found that we were unable to check in till 4pm which was disappointing straight off the bat but No dramas went and grabbed a coffee arrived back at 4pm. Poorly greated by the chick at reception I asked if there were any double rooms available and her face and reaction had looked like I had asked her to put down her childhood dog.
