« My stay here was lovely. I would stay here again. »

« Everything was excellent. There was one issue with a noisy water pump that was fixed promptly as soon as we brought it to our host's attention. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Southport. Parking would possibly be a little tight if all the spaces were in use and your vehicle was large. Location is good: quiet but within easy walking distance of town. Eateries very close indeed. »

« Good potential but had to negotiate for access to swimming and breakfast on check-in (which was part of listing in the first place!). Quite embarrasing to have to do this in front of other guests in the line when it should have been straight forward. Family enjoyed the stay in the end thankfully. The image of the Hydro-Spa should be removed as its an extra fees. »

« The house was bright and airy with a proper seaside feel to it. There was bread and milk provided when you arrived which was nice to not have to mess around getting them at the last minute. There was a fan available and it was very warm so this was welcome. The bed was comfortable and it was great that we could take our dog and there was plenty of room in the yard for him. « We stayed 2 nights here, the hot tub was clean and ready for when we arrived. The bed was very comfy! And everything was clean and tidy. The pod was Warm cosy and very private. The hamper was a cute addition! They provide a book of local things to do and places to eat which was helpful. They are things to do near by like lockdown escape rooms, Liverpool and Southport. Plenty of Ubers around too! We had a lovely few nights away x »

« Fantastic, everything you could need, great location, bus stop right outside if you want a rest from driving, very spacious and lovely and clean , we can not fault anything at highcross, highly recommend to anyone xxx »

« Lovely big house with plenty of room. Each room has its own sink and was probably an old guest house. Cooking implements were a little basic but overall we had a great time despite the 80mhp storm »

« Julie is a fabulous host. So welcoming and helpful. The property had everything we could need and more. Would definitely book again. »
