« AC in room wouldn’t work had it set at 58 and still hot, no exhaust in the bathroom, noticeable big stain on comforter, and in the morning had to get up twice because of knocks on the door by employees, I answered both times then the 3rd time they opened the door and luckily I had the lock on this was all before the 11am check out time »

« The room was so dirty, mainly the bathroom and the bathtub was clogged. Breakfast was poor too. I do not recommend. However the staff was very nice. »

« Could not communicate I had reservations through Expedia but I got there and they were canceled so lucky they had a room still. The host could not tell me why, it took a long time to to do all of this 20 minutes at.least. The host was hard to communicate with but I understand she probably had a very rough day if she had to deal with all of this with others too.
