« Overall, our stay was pretty good. The hotel was easy to access, we felt safe, and while parking became difficult after 6–7 PM, it wasn’t a huge deal.
The biggest issue was the staff’s apparent lack of knowledge and consistency. When we checked in, no one seemed to know how to set up the digital room key.
During our 11-night stay, our room was cleaned exactly once, and only after I specifically requested it. According to the hotel’s information, housekeeping is supposed to be provided every...
