« We had a non- smoking room that smelled like smoke. There was still ashes on the bed nightstand. I told the front desk to make sure we would not be charged a cleaning fee and they did not seem to care. Room looked nothing like it did in the pictures and is in need of updating and repairs. Carpet was old, stained and had holes in spots. Inside of kitchen cabinets had dead bugs and garbage and looks like it has not been cleaned in years. Bathroom exhaust fan did not work. Beds were...

« Nice owner and nice job maintaining this old motel. They were doing the roof when we stayed. The first night, it was not over our rooms, but they stopped working at 8 PM anyway. The second night, they were working over our rooms, so woke us up at 7 AM. This is all understandable; it's maintaining the property during the off-season; has to be done SOMETIME, right? « Property was fine »

« They don't actually »

« The check in was easy and quick. The room was very plain and very clean. »

« The door doesn’t seal well and let mosquitoes come in. The convertible couch was 90% springs, 10% mattress, extremely uncomfortable. There is nothing inside to room to put you luggage quickly accessible once the convertible is open, and no place to hang clothes. The room is quite old and will need some maintenance. Good point was the breakfast, and the proximity to the Broadway Street. »

« It’s an old property, but it didn’t smell old & musty. Clean. Owner was pleasant and allowed us an early check-in, so we could drop off our luggage. Comfortable bed. Hot shower. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if I’m passing through. Much appreciation Hilltop. »

« Room , we got the suite was excellent and clean. A hot tub , swimming pool and shower area with immaculate , clean and well kept. The staff operating the facility were more than helpful and cheerful people. »

« Accueil sympa, chambre spacieuse, propre, silencieuse et bien équipée. Mais mauvaise wifi et tarif de la chambre trop élevé. »

« Property was clean inside. The Property needs a designated smoking area as people were leaving cigarette buttons all over »

« The hotel location is convenient to the University and the room is always clean and the beds are very comfortable. Owner is very friendly and helpful. »
