« This is an older condo which means that the living area was huge, loved how roomy it was in the living room. Well stocked with toilet paper trash bags and paper towels. Plenty of towels for the time we stayed. Just open the sliding door and you can hear the ocean, the walkway to the ocean was right out our back door. The living room furniture is what sold me to book here and it was so comfortable. Autumn took great care of anything I needed during our stay. We will come back here next fall.. »

« The house was perfect for our group. Plenty of room and beds for everyone. I loved the fact there were toys available, games and a pack and play. My almost 2 year old was able to run around and play inside and outside. He loved the wood blocks. The backyard was a perfect oasis to sit and relax. It was super convenient walking distance to the beach. I will definitely atay here again. »

« Une très belle maison, décorée avec soin et qui donne envie d'y passer du temps ! L'emplacement est très bien. On ne peut garer qu'un seul véhicule devant la maison, mais juste à coté, il y a un parking gratuit avec des places disponibles. Je recommande vivement cette location pour un séjour sous le soleil de Floride ! »

« Had a wonderful weekend stay at the Pink House. I loved having two connected yet separate spaces. I had my own space while my daughter and friend had theirs. Location was great with the beach right across and downtown Cocoa Beach a minute away. Communication was also excellent. Any questions that I had were answered promptly.I stay in Cocoa Beach every other week and will definitely look forward to booking the Pink house again! »
