Super clean- amazing location right on the beach. Kitchen had everything you could want and the house comes with plenty of snorkel gear and the kayaks are right near the beach. A great trip- would have no hesitations in recommending this house.

We absolutely loved our stay at "This Is It"! It was the perfect layout for our group and you can't beat the location. The views are incredible from every living space and there are so many great areas to enjoy the outdoors..the balcony off of the primary bedroom, the covered patio off of the main living area, and the lower patio with a BBQ. The house was extremely well equipped and had so many beach activities for adults and kids. Gail was a wonderful host and made check-in and check-out incredibly easy! We would highly recommend this home and we can't wait to return!

It was a fantastic stay. Everything was as described. The checking process was super easy as was the checkout process. Meet us at the dot. Everything was perfect, AC all worked great, hot water perfect, on the beach, grill was new, I recommend 'This is it'. owner and team did a really good job.

Perfect Place

The house was amazing. The location is perfect with amazing views and its own private beach. There is plenty of room for two families and we enjoyed the kayaks and floats at the house.

Wonderful family vacation

"This is it" is a great property. The place is nicer than the pictures and the rooms are huge. The kitchen was fully stocked and the property has everything you need for an easy, comfortable visit. We loved staying here and are already planning another visit next year. The beach is amazing and practically private.

Great Stay

The property was excellent for our family. We had plenty of room for 6 adults and 4 kids. Everyone on the island was very friendly and helpful. Hope to return soon!

Beautiful House with Extras!

House is absolutely beautiful, perfect for beach lovers. The house had so many extras snorkeling masks, paddle boards, and games to name a few. Quick responses from the caretakers.

I can’t say enough good things about This Is It. It’s a gorgeous set up. You feel like you have your own private beach. Super clean, comfortable. Everything you need. Gail is an exceptional host. She took care of us the from the start of our trip to the very end. The only bad thing I would say is we didn’t stay long enough lol. We will definitely be back! Thank you Gail!! I miss you already.

Our family of 10 had an unforgettable first trip to Spanish Wells at “This Is It.” Michelle was a joy from the moment we booked — responsive, thorough, and helpful with every question, including navigating travel logistics after landing. Once we arrived, Gail was equally wonderful and incredibly responsive all week. We always felt well taken care of.The property is stunning. The views were unlike anything we’d ever seen, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was the best-stocked we’ve used in any rental — cooking meals together was a real pleasure. The washer/dryer and two outdoor showers were the perfect added touches.Snorkeling to the nearby cay was a highlight, and having plenty of beach towels on hand was a nice bonus. Our full-day excursion with The Salty Pig was truly unforgettable — we swam with stingrays and sea turtles, visited the swings, fed and swam with the pigs, and even spotted dolphins on the way over.This was an adventure our whole family will talk about for years. We’d absolutely come back and highly recommend “This Is It!”

There aren’t enough stars to express how wonderful “This Is It” truly is! We celebrated my 40th birthday with a wonderful group of 10 ladies, and it was the perfect choice. The home was beautiful, and the location was absolutely breathtaking.The property manager, Gail, went above and beyond to make our stay seamless. She helped us transport our bags from the dock to the house when we arrived and back to the dock when we departed. She was always available and quick to answer any questions we had.The home had everything we needed and was impeccably equipped—truly beyond perfect. I highly recommend “This Is It” to anyone looking for an unforgettable getaway. We’re already looking forward to returning sooner rather than later!

The villa is stunning: spacious, beautifully designed, and perfectly positioned right on the beach with breathtaking ocean views. Waking up to the sound of the waves and stepping out onto the terrace each morning was unforgettable.The five bedrooms were all comfortable, spotless, and thoughtfully furnished, making it perfect for our family. The living spaces were open, airy, and ideal for relaxing together without ever feeling crowded.One of the biggest highlights was the free premium 6-seater golf cart. It made getting around effortless and actually added a fun, vacation-like vibe to every trip we took around the island. Super convenient and a fantastic bonus.Everything about the property felt premium and well-maintained, from the kitchen amenities to the outdoor spaces. Best time at This Is It

We really enjoyed our stay at This Is It. The house was nicely accommodating for our family and friends. The sunsets and sunrises were amazing and we were fortunate to see the full moon rise on July 3, 2023. It was huge and beautiful. Our only complaint were the flies. They were very annoying. Otherwise we had a wonderful, great time! We loved the house and the views. Thank you.

A week’s Paradise

I and my three adult children and their spouses and my only grandchild had our first vacation together in many years. I had been to Spanish Wells before so I picked place. Everyone thought everything was perfect including the lodging which truly “was it”. There was not a single thing lacking for the entire time from pickup at the airport being arranged until drop off a week later. No details were spared. I have never stayed in a place before that was more conducive to guests enjoyment.
