It’s very close to everything in Decorah, and we especially loved going to the pool, the Whippy Dip, Mabe’s, and biking on the trail. This was the perfect place to stay while visiting grandparents! “

„The barn lodge was a very nice place to stay. Hosts were very kind and even asked us before mowing the lawn behind the barn. We had plenty of room, and much peace & quiet. Made it easy to relax during our stay. The only problem with our stay was the town working on water mains and fire hydrants so the roads in town were all tore up. Made it hard to walk around and explore the town. Nothing the hosts can do about that. We made it work. “

„Beautiful house, host thought of everything, with games, cards, books, coffee, plenty of towels, blankets, etc. Unfortunately, heavy rains overnight and the basement flooded, soaking all our clothes and belongings we had on the floor. Not the host's fault and he was very kind when awakened at 545 am on a Sunday!“
