- Kitchen: Full kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, fridge (including water and ice dispenser), coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, and cookware.
- Work-Friendly: Fast Wi-Fi and a small dining table that doubles as a workspace.
- Climate Comfort: Air conditioning and heating via mini splits which you control in your travel apartment.
- Entertainment: Large screen TV in living room and bedroom, plus local cable. No streaming services available.

- Parking: No on-site parking; several paid garages and lots nearby (rates start at ~$28/day), metered street parking which is free from 7pm – 8am and all day on Sundays and holidays
- Pets: Not allowed, including emotional support animals. If you have a service animal, please let us know prior to checking in so you are not charged an unauthorized pet fee.
- Noise: You may hear some city sounds given our prime downtown location. For this reason, we've provided white noise machines in all our external bedrooms!
- Security: Keyless entry with personalized access codes generated for each individual reservation. An access code is required to access our secured building, the elevator and your personal travel apartment. Security cameras are installed in our building's common areas.
- Communication: We are available during waking hours to address any general questions/concerns you may have. Our property managers are available 24/7 for emergencies that may arise.
