When we arrived, we discovered the kitchen sink was full of food, likely from a garbage disposal not working. We tried to fix it. There must be something wrong with the power going to it. The whole house was not very clean. The master bath had pink in the shower that could be from water minerals/rust or mold. The dining table had not been wiped down. The floor had a lot of dirt and hair. The hall bathroom had some pretty disgusting brown smear on the wall next to the toilet. The dryer was stuffed full of towels and sheets. The towels were dry so we folded them so we could use them. The sheets were not dry, so we put them back in the dryer. The comforter in the hall bedroom had stains on it and we didn’t want to use it, so we had to get by with the small throw blankets. The house could be a great place to stay if it was cleaner. The host was responsive via text messages about the garbage disposal.
