Great potential. Needs some attention.
This barn is in a beautiful, slow paced setting, located a short walking distance from the historical downtown area and just a few driving minutes away from the larger city of Ephraim. It has potential to be wonderful for larger family gatherings.
The kids really enjoyed the loft, games, comfortable couches, green back yard, and pickleball/volleyball court.
The home could use some attention on common items that a guest would expect to see in a home meant for overnight stays for larger groups. For example: food storage items for leftovers, coffee filters that fit the coffee maker, working can openers, high chair with a working tray, hair dryer, towel hangers, floor rugs to help buffer sound and provide comfort.
There were issues with the heating unit and lights that need to be fully addressed. The host was very responsive and tried her best to correct them on the spot. Both still need attention.
We would give this barn/home another try after the above items have been taken care of. Which, based on the host's responsiveness, I believe will be done as soon as possible.
