« The room... First, I wasn't expecting much and I wasn't disappointed. The room was very dark, occupied by flood lights which when turned on, make you feel like you're onstage.. « I had booked my room several months in advance, but when I asked the hotel if it was possible to move my stay to the following night, they refused because I hadn’t chosen a flexible or refundable rate. A small gesture of goodwill would have been appreciated, but apparently that’s not part of the hotel’s policy. If you are larger person you will not fit in the shower, most of the shower control nozzles are not attached to the wall there is no toilet paper holders. You cannot open the door to the bathroom if someone else is in there. The floor was disgusting we had to clean the room before we sat anything down.
