« The room key didnt work. The front desk guy said it was because i didnt do it right and he thought i knew because im young(im 44). The pillow cases were dirty. The bathroom door had 0 chance of shutting and it was clearly a problem that was ignored. Other than that it was just great lol »

« I had booked my room several months in advance, but when I asked the hotel if it was possible to move my stay to the following night, they refused because I hadn’t chosen a flexible or refundable rate. A small gesture of goodwill would have been appreciated, but apparently that’s not part of the hotel’s policy. Regarding the room, it unfortunately didn’t smell good, there were stains on the walls, and everything felt quite old. We even had to disinfect the bathroom ourselves, as we didn’t...

« This hotel was very clean and comfortable and did not appear dated as so many hotels do nowadays. There is a restaurant on-site, but for shopping or other needs the hotel seems to be accessed by car alone. It is immediately adjacent to the Penn Turnpike and another major highway but was wonderfully quiet. »
