Family trip to the lake

We had a wonderful time! The house was just what we needed for our family of five. We loved the easy access to the lake and all the amenities available on the property. We’d definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay! Brandon and Melissa are wonderful hosts and have a beautiful, super comfortable home that makes for a lovely beach retreat. Everything was very well maintained and meticulously cared for. Highly recommend!

Loved the house and ability to dock our boat a few days. It was great we could bring our golden retriever for the trip as well. House was super comfortable, well stocked, and lovely. Home away from home 😍🏖️🐾🚤

We were so fortunate to be able to stay here! The home was spotless, tastefully decorated, had a well stocked kitchen and served all of our needs. My grandson loves to fish and basically just walked right out the door and he was catching all kinds of fish. The owners were amazing to work with, were immediately available if we needed anything. Overall, this was a relaxing and very pleasant experience for my family and myself. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Perfect space for a family getaway

The property was beautiful, clean, and well stocked for our needs. The host was very responsive and friendly when we had questions. The deck space and yard were really nice for family gatherings. The location was close proximity to all the great things the area has to offer.

Was clean and spacious. Location was good and we were close to Grand Haven and family, our married children stayed with us and there was plenty of room. Everything worked fine in the house and everyone had a king or queen bed. Over all it was a nice place to stay.

Check in was easy. The place was spotless. Enough utensils to do anything you can imagine. Smoker is awesome and easy to use. Nice coffee maker; these hosts think of everything. Good linens, more than enough towels, etc. Porch is great, pedal boat fun, fish the canal is relaxing. Close to a walking/bike path. Close to beaches, restaurants, Michigan Adventure… nice TV. Couches very comfortable. Everything very clean

Wonderful house

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed and wanted and then some. The hosts were very friendly and very quick to respond. The house was so clean, immaculate is the only word I can use. We highly recommend this location to anyone looking in the Spring Lake / Grand Haven area. Thank you for sharing your house with us.

Great little get away.

Property was nice and clean. House was only a few minutes from downtown Grand Haven and Muskegon. We even made the easy 40 minute drive to the dunes to drive the buggies during our stay. Highway noise was not a big for us, the convenience of easy access to and from 31 was great. Owners were great to work with as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Couldn’t Be Better

This was the perfect place for my family and my sister-in-law’s family to stay together when we went to the Grand Haven area to celebrate my in-laws’ anniversary. It was clean, comfortable, and big enough to be our “home base”. It also has so many fun things (paddle boat, kayaks, lawn games, big yard, long porch, outdoor dining area) and is close to many things to do—the beach, sand dunes, mini golf, etc.—so we had fun going out and staying in. Brandon and Melissa also provided meticulous detail for the stay, making it stress-free, and responded to our one question very quickly. If we go back to the area we will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful!

Absolutely all you could ask for - helpful and prompt host, clean and comfortable home, great location for all the fun in western MI! Our family enjoyed the use of the paddle boat, kayaks and outdoor games. They even provided toys and a portable crib for the 1 year old. Kitchen was well stocked too! Master bathroom is a little on the small side but sleep number bed more than made up for it!

Michigan vacation

We absolutely loved staying at this house. The home was beautifully decorated and the owners supplied everything that we could possibly need for our stay. The attention to detail was very impressive. Fishing was excellent at the cove, we caught large Northern Pike and Bass. Our only regret is we couldn't stay longer. Beautiful home and we will definitely stay here again if given the opportunity!!

So nice having our boat right out back, spending the day on the water, then coming back to grill, play yard games, have a fire and enjoy the beautiful home. Friendly and well appointed

Clean, clean, clean. From the kitchen to the bathrooms the place is very well appointed with all the gadgets, towels, bedding, box fans for white noise...you would need for a comfortable stay. The Traeger smoker/grill was fantastic. We enjoyed the use of the kayaks and paddle boat. The owners/hosts were friendly and attentive. Did I mention clean - LOL

Highly Recommend!

The owners are great with easy communication. The home is better in person and it felt like a home not a pieced together rental. The owner took lots of time to make the house comfortable and it was really appreciated. House smelled great too! You will not be disappointed. There is noise from the highway when you’re in the bedrooms but their Alexa can play music to drown out if needed.

Perfectly equipped, gateway to fun on the water in Spring Lake

Our family rented this home for its lake access and ability to tie up a boat. It was all of those things and more! There are lots of fun water toys and our kids loved the paddle boat, kayaks and SUP. We had a rainy day one day of our stay and the house was incredibly comfortable to hang out, watch movies and relax in. This home was the cleanest VRBO rental we have ever stayed at. It was well equipped and was clearly well maintained by Melissa and Brandon. They were excellent hosts and responded very quickly to any of our questions and made us feel very welcome. Check in and check out was simple and allowed our family to immediately feel at home.

Unforgettable Thanksgiving.

Words cannot describe our stay. They just won’t do justice to property. We had the best Thanksgiving of our lives. Home felt just like that Home. Very clean, everything we needed to cook Thanksgiving. Host was very accommodating. There is noise from road but it isn’t even anything to even be concerned about. Host has supplied fans and Alexa pods if this is a problem. Thank you Melissa and Brandon. We will be back.
