« Very clean property, no problems didn't need to communicate with the host, lots of horsey decor which would have preferred a Keurig coffee maker over the horsey stuff. Great shower, kitchen can make due with preparing meals, liked fenced in yard for our furry friend, BUT, PLEASE, would have wanted the cut grass before our stay, there are TICKS (can't eradicate but at least keep at bay) and variations in the ground hidden by high grass that made walking up and down to the dock unstable. It’s conveniently located near downtown Bardstown with adorable boutiques and great restaurants/bars. A very easy walk! It’s also a short drive to many great distilleries. We would love to return to this area and stay at “Call me Old Fashioned” again!! »

« We loved this little piece of paradise in Bourbon Country :) it was perfect for the 4 of us, we enjoyed the games, the movie room & the distance to Louisville & Churchill Downs was great, we were able to watch the Spring Meet horse races! The beds were comfortable & so was the couch in the movie room, we had a great time! »
