Notre maison de vacances offre une maison élégante et confortable de la maison pour six personnes. Il est une maison de 3 chambres moderne et propre avec une grande salle de bains et une cuisine fabuleuse. Il ya 2 chambres doubles et une chambre double avec passionnantes lits superposés en construction, et une salle pour un lit Voyage. L'utilisation gratuite de tous les équipements de la maison, y compris les lits de voyage, des chaises hautes, des livres et des jouets pour enfants! Une base parfaite pour les familles (en particulier avec de jeunes enfants) ou les couples. Il est situé sur un petit parc de vacances convivial (John Fowler - Perran View) situé à environ 5 minutes en voiture de la plage de Perranporth. Rester à la maison signifie que vous pouvez faire usage de toutes les installations du parc de vacances (inclus dans le coût de vos vacances), ou tout simplement l'utiliser comme une base pour visiter toutes les attractions touristiques que Cornwall a à offrir.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus und habenunssehrwohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist gut aufgeteilt und einfach aber praktisch eingerichtet. Außer einer Salatschüssel und ein paar großen Tellern hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Kinder haben das Schwimmbad und den Tennisplatz genutzt. Zum Strand muss man ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto fahren. Er ist superschön und perfekt zum Bodyboarden und Surfen auch für Anfänger geeignet.

Fantastic property on a very well maintained site. Over 100 chalets on site but it never felt too busy. Bar and restaurant on site also, food can be ordered online which is then delivered to your door. Only 5 mins from perrenporth and at Agnes beaches.

The property was situated in a good area but needed work doing to it as not very clean and it generally looked tired . A coat of paint and a good clean would make a difference. Also shower cubicle was disgusting and needed a good clean . But area was beautiful.

The listing is accurate, and the rental is excellent value given the price. There are provided beach equipment which is useful for trips to Perranporth beach. Be aware that there is no wifi in the rental.

Our stay at Dawn’s property was amazing! The location is great.. 5 minute drive to Perranporth Beach - perfect for children!! The house is very spacious and slept the 6 of us perfectly! Kids loved the bunk beds and PS2! We will definitely be coming back!

Spacious and beautifully decorated property with everything you need for a fab family holiday. Kids loved the bunk beds! The owners went above and beyond providing essentials and making it a pleasant stay. The john Fowler holiday resort where the property is situated is nicely kept with good amenities and has a lovely small heated pool. 5 min drive from perranporth beach and town - gorgeous beach :) Will definitely be returning! House is clean and homely.You can find everything what you need and feel like at homeGood location to explore beauty of Cornwall.We went to St. Agnes by walking with kids.The nierest beach is around 30min walk but worth to see sunset in a evening.Swiming pool is good if weather not warm enough.Nice,safe place to stay.Thank you and see you next year.

We enjoyed staying at this resort. The activities within the park were very nice and the children enjoyed themselves at the pool or playing mini golf.

The property was very well appointed and particularly suitable for those with children, (the PlayStation in the bedroom is a great touch!), and the property itself was very well equipped and decorated. The actual park is quite small, but that did not detract from our break - in fact we preferred that is was not too large, as it gave it a much more homely feel. The location was perfect for us, as we have family in Perranporth, but we would have almost certainly chosen this location anyway, as Perranporth beach is one of the best in North Cornwall. The property and location are highly recommended and we will be back very soon!

The property had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, and the shower was very good. We didn't have time to make use of the pool or clubhouse. But we had good fun on the crazy golf course!

We stayed in this property as a family of 4 during the Easter 2018 break and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It is situated on a John Fowler holiday park so you have amenities like indoor heated pool and bar/restaurant. It was ideal for us as it was not busy despite being in holiday season but some families may want a busier site to keep the kids occupied. The site is pedestrian but you can park outside the house to unload before dropping the car 2 minutes' walk away in the large car park. The activity centre and pool are half way between car park and the house so everything is close and the location just outside Perranporth makes it ideal for exploring the coast. You can also just about see the sea from the upstairs bedrooms which, at the back, have a pleasant view overlooking an arable farm We mainly self catered but found a great Chinese take away 5 mins drive away in St Agnes. When you arrive, you get the keys from a code locked box by the front door. This is a bit stiff and fiddly to get into but at least makes it simple to arrange key collection and drop off. The only other minor niggle was that we couldn't find the DVD remote but we were able to work it by pressing the buttons on the machine. The owner was very helpful and friendly and allowed us to book an extra day as we decided mid-holiday to extend.

This house is perfectly located for all the beautiful little beaches and coves around Perranporth. Perranporth itself is a bustling with plenty of shops and cafes and convenient supermarkets. The site was perfect for us with two 12 year olds as they could have some independence in a really safe environment and could access the swimming pool, water activities, tennis and crazy golf which is all free. There is a little playground and a small arcade area. The house is fantastic and so well equipped. We were delighted to find body boards in the cupboard as we couldn't get ours in the car which saved us a lot of money. There are games, buckets and spades, dvds. It really is fabulous and has a home from home feeling to it. There is everything you need in the kitchen and the bathroom is lovely with a powerful shower and endless hot water. I could not fault the house in any way, it was immaculately clean and I would highly recommend it. The girls already want to come back next year. It's not often we are sorry to come home.

Dawn's house was spot on for my partner and I, and our four young children. The beds were comfy and there was loads of space for all our luggage to go away. Kitchen well equipped and loads of beach stuff was in the cupboard, windbreaks, bodyboards, crab lines etc. I would definitely recommend for anyone's family vacation.

Property was well equipped for children and adults. Excellent location to visit surrounding towns and access to the John Fowler Holiday Park facilities was also great for the children. We made use of the indoor heated swimming pool. Staff on site were very welcoming and friendly. Property itself had all the provisions. Ideal for families. I don't have anything negative to say the only thing I would perhaps suggest is to have a step stool available in the bathroom for children to reach the sink. I would definitely want to return.
