Grand jardin avec arbres fruitiers de saison, coin salon couvert et douche extérieure. Situé au nord de la rue "A". Cette escapade à la plage magique est à distance de marche de plusieurs grands restaurants et cafés .... et seulement une courte promenade de la plage.
    La maison est à environ 14 minutes en voiture ou à 28 minutes en vélo des sites historiques du centre-ville. Location de vélos économiques et de chaises de plage disponibles avec préavis.

Have stayed here multiple times. Love this place. Such a great location! House is wonderful, location is excellent, host is awesome. Highly recommend. Thank you for another awesome vacation for my family. We will be back!

Fantastic Place!

We loved our stay at this adorable, recently updated, and well stocked house. Great communication with the owners, easy check-in, and wonderful location to the beach and only a short drive to the historic district. Would absolutely recommend.

Perfect family getaway!!!

Last summer my husband passed away and this was our first vacation we took, as a family, without him. Everything about the house made us feel safe, enjoy our trip and now my kids want to come back again and stay at the house. We loved it and left a few beach items for the next guest!

Great place and close to beach

Very nice quiet location and close to beach and several places to eat with good food. Nice kitchen with grocery store a few blocks away to have meals at house. Lovely home with great caretakers. We enjoyed our stay!!

What a MESS!!!

I booked this property back at the beginning of August/2022 for January/2023 for a special family occasion where family members were flying in from all over the country. When we went to check in @ 4:00pm there were drop cloths on the beds and paint cans on the floor along with garbage/debris piles. The house had a strong smell of wet paint! My sister called the owner and she was very nasty like it was our fault. The only positive is that they refunded our money that night, and luckily, there were rooms available at the Marriott down the street. I have never left a review for anything in my life but after this experience I had to.

Enjoyed our stay!

I gave the ratings all a 5 but these are suggestions might help assist future travelers. We struggled with the deadbolt lock at first as the door needed to be pushed towards you so it would unlock and lock. By the 2nd day we had a system and it worked out. Maybe consider putting pillow cases on the pillows instead of just the pillow shams (as they are rougher fabric). The pillows on the twin beds was fine just the other two room. We found the St Augustine binder in a lower kitchen cabinet that had lots of good info in it on our last full day of stay. Maybe, put that on the island so it’s noticeable. I know lots of info is available online and we got info from asking others as we moved around St. Augustine.

The house was cute and in a great location. If you read the other reviews on this property you will see that the owner is very difficult to communicate with. We actually did not check in until after 9 o’clock at night and only then after calling VRBO support. We had additional problems during our stay and that we had no hot water and we were only able to shower at the house one day from Thursday to Sunday. The owner did send a plumber but the problem was not fixed. We showered one time at the house and the owner refused a request for a refund. We have homes listed on VRBO as well so we were very disappointed with the resolution with the owner. The house is adorable so I do hope that they get their issues straightened out.

Unfortunately, we were looking forward to our stay here, but we were extremely disappointed. Where to begin....We arrived 2 hours prior to check in, so we sent a message to the host letting them know we were early and asked if it was possible to check in early. This message was sent prior to our arrival, while we were about 20 mins away. We never got a response. We arrived and used the code to check in, only to discover that the house hadn't been cleaned, bed sheets were on the floor of each room, nothing was cleaned. We left and went and got food, sent a 2nd message to host about the situation, no response. Called the host, no answer, left a message. No call back. Went back to the house at 4 pm, the check in time. Surprise, the house still hadn't been cleaned. Called the host, she answered and said she would call her cleaning lady. Called me back to say that she was sorry and could they treat us to dinner? Ummm, no..we just ate, I believe we should get a refund for the day. Her answer was, "well check in was at 4, the cleaning lady should be there and done by 6:30, so it's really just 2.5 hours of your time." Excuse me? There was no concern for the inconvenience, etc. We just traveled 10 hours and now we have to wait for a cleaning lady to get here and clean? She left at 7:40 pm. Later, we go to take showers and no hot water and the main shower didn't work. Plumber came next morning to fix. More inconvenience. Her answer? Refund of 100. Thanks.

Perfect location for a beach vacation

The property is perfect for a friends and family vacation to the beach. Walking distance to beach. Large kitchen and back yard to cookout and have fun with friends and family. The host was quick to respond with questions about the property. The outdoor shower and hot tub made the beach vacation even better. I will love to go back here on our next trip to St. Augustine.

We had a great time with our group of friends. The check in process was a little unclear, and we were missing a few things in the online listing, but other than that the house and hot tub were excellent for our girls weekend!

Great location

Overall great location and great place to stay. Could have used a few more beach towels in the house. Also… the hot tub appeared dirty. Not sure that it had been serviced in between stays as there was stuff floating in there when we went to use it. I was too grossed out to use it after that to be honest. There were also a lot of leaves on the patio that could have been easily swept up that we kept tracking inside and having to sweep up. The check in process was a little hectic as the code and instructions on vrbo were incorrect and we had to contact the owner upon arrival to get the correct code for the door. Despite these inconveniences, I would still recommend this home because the location and the beach were just so perfect, despite the criticism. Thank you for sharing your home.

Great place, but check-in delayed.

This was a great place with all the amenities, a convenient location, and nice owners. We enjoyed our stay, but we should mention that the property was not ready at check in. The owners did not realize that we were coming and so she had to clean it that evening. They were nice about compensating us with a partial refund for the first night, which was good.

Thanksgiving Family Time

Such a cute house! Love the patio area with the Hot Tub. We all enjoyed it and the fire pit. It has nice space for our party of six. We would stay again.....close to the beach in walking distance.

Clean remodel close to beach

Brand new remodeled house. Well done. The host was very responsive when a small issue came up. Beach is walkable. Hot tub was a excellant addition.

Cozy place walking distance to taco shop and beach

We had a great stay! Was happy to have a really nice taco shop so close by. The rental was clean and had beach towels and a hot tub. It was walking distance to the beach. We would definitely come back again.
